Another vote for holding off until the home is dried in an drywall mudwork is complete. Drywall dust is especially problematic since it will go right through most normal filters, and then you get a fine dust layer EVERYWHERE. Not fun.
Standard practice on a jobsite in the winter is to use portable heaters. “Bullet heaters” are popular, but they add a lot of moisture to the space, along with exhaust fumes. I’m not a fan of these. Electric heaters are expensive to operate, but otherwise do a good job. The third option, which is common on larger commercial projects, is to rent portable ducted heating units that connect to temporary propane tanks with flexible fuel hoses. This works well, and is cheaper to operate, but tends to have the highest upfront costs due to the need to rent all the equipment. The advantage to the ducted heaters is that they are like portable furnaces and don’t put combustion gasses and moisture into the conditioned space.
