Thinnest way to frame 11 foot tall basement wall – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I have a section of my basement with an 11 foot concrete wall. I’d like to frame the wall here in the thinnest way to save floor space. What are my options to do this also taking into consideration it needs to be insulated, preferably to at least R19.
