Sleeper subfloor over slab and non load-bearing interior wall framing – GreenBuildingAdvisor

New construction slab on grade two story project will be starting soon. Architect has specified a sleeper subfloor system consisting of pressure treated 2×4’s (green) with 23/32 Advantech (light yellow). 3/4″ solid hardwood flooring (off white) will be installed over this. Stego vapor barrier will be directly under the slab. Insulation will be below that.
Most of the first floor will have no load-bearing internal walls. The plan is to set the two load-bearing walls directly on the slab (blue). Should non load-bearing interior walls do the same or be framed on top of the subfloor (red)? I was hoping to allow the slab’s moisture to decrease before covering with subfloor. If I’m mentally sequencing this correctly, setting all interior wall framing directly on the slab may be the way to go.
Thanks for any advice.
