One post about controls for ERV mentioned Swidget, but I couldn’t come up with anything else on a search. I am working on designing controls for my new home under construction, including ERV controls.
I plan to use Home Assistant to trigger the Boost function on my Panasonic IntelliBalance 200 ERV based upon various rules, including humidity, occupancy, and time. My initial thought was to use a Swidget with 20/4/060 minute timer and sensors for input. I also am investing in the Unifi/Ubiquiti system and really like their Protect All in One Sensor, which includes temp, humidity, motion and light/lux. This would not include a manual wall switch however. On the ERV side, I’m assuming the boost switch is controlled by a simple dry contact. I was thinking about using a Shelly connected to the boost terminals.
