Potential on-going off gassing of natural stone sealer? – GreenBuildingAdvisor

We are installing a variety of natural stone flooring, including terrazzo, slate, and marble. It is our understanding that we will need a sealer for these areas, but would like to minimize VOCs and off gassing if possible. Radiant floor heat will be underneath the marble and slate specifically.
Are there any additional on-going emission concerns from using a sealer product that may not be considered on the Material Safety Data Sheet due to the radiant floor heat exposure?
We are also looking for recommendations for natural stone sealers in general, preferably something that doesn’t need annual application and is environmentally friendly.
Thanks!
