Make up air for “inhouse” – GreenBuildingAdvisor

Hello,
Hoping to get feedback on my makeup air strategy for my “inhouse” that will hold my composting toilet in my utility room. Airtight construction r20,40,65 coastal Maine builder owner.Dense pack happens in January so I am working out penetrations.
To begin, I am aware that this is less than ideal but it’s what I’ve got. I am considering partitioning off an “inhouse” from my utility room for my Biolet 25a that evaporates liquid using 2 heaters and 10 CFM fan that ejects vapor through a 2.5 vent stack through the roof (already installed). I am considering a 2″ (?) PVC diy make up air vent with a ball valve to penetrate the wall right next to the toilet to pull outside air into the hole. Having used the unit for the past three summers, I know that it only needs to be in operation for a couple of hours a day to effectively compost. When not in use, I would shut down the ball valve and close the air sealing lid of the hole provided by the company.
Since my plumbing shares the utility room, I will build a 3.5 inch insulated wall between. Pocket doors will be used to save space. Please see diagram attached. Thanks
