Have you consulted with an engineer whether ICF can support the span of a roof?
I don’t see any need for vapor barrier or radiant barriers, just attach furring strips and attach the roofing to them.
But I just don’t see ICF making a good roof. Even SIPs would be better.

Yes icf can span the 30 foot span and it has an high r-value of than the sips panels and also dont have to worry as much about termites. Also make the house better to withstand a tornado that is why I’m going with an icf roof system.
