Help with a metal standing seam roof leak around curb mounted Velux roof windows – GreenBuildingAdvisor

Metal roof is 10 years old with sealed seams. Velux curb mounted roof windows replaced Andersen roof windows 2 years ago on a 12/12 pitch roof and continue to leak. I’m being told there is no way to replace 3 pans of the roof area around the windows and that an entire roof needs replacing.

Anyone know if a repair/replacement  can be made between sealed pans?

Velux has created a service ticket last week and is supposed to come and look at windows. Installer doesn’t’t believe its the windows. A hose put up on the roof can cause it to leak.  Not sure what equipment Velux will be bringing to assess the windows themselves. 

Anyone have issue with Velux opening roof windows?
