Fitting a lean-to greenhouse/sunroom under eaves/soffits – GreenBuildingAdvisor

Hey all,
I’m thinking about adding a lean-to/sunroom/greenhouse structure, probably a package deal that looks similar to the below, to the outside of my small house.
I’m wondering how people suggest thinking about the eaves and soffits and fitment.
Basically, can I get a structure that tucks under the eaves pictured below so that the roof slopes from the house roof onto the roof of the structure, and seal with caulk or some gasket material in between up against the siding? Do I need to make sure to leave some amount of space for the soffits to vent properly, so that the roof of the sunroom is several inches or more below the vents? The sunroom structure will be about 12 feet long, and the whole house which is 36 ft long and has soffit vents. The sunroom won’t be conditioned, it’ll have a gravel/stone floor and be semi indoor/outdoor space. I’m in Vermont.
Thank you!
