I’m thinking about adding an ERV to an HVAC that has ducts in the attic. Adding separate ductwork for just the ERV would likely be cost prohibitive.
Any significant issues with doing this? I’m wondering, for example, if during the summer the ERV will just push hot air into the house when the AC isn’t running, but the ERV is.
