I think I screwed up the posting of sketch so trying this again.
Looking at an approximately 16′ x 28′ one story main bedroom addition in climate zone 6A on well drained coarse sand with daylight not far down hill. This is my first thought in drawing form, focusing primarily on the slab and foundation. Tear it apart. Several months before snow is gone.
