Greetings everyone, I’m new here and planning to GC the construction of a new home on the property I already live on. I’m sure I’ll be posting lots more questions in the future as I try to nail down details to build a pretty good house. Listening to the Fine Home Building podcast led to become a member here. I know there are grants to incentivise people that are rebuilding after their home has burned down in a wildfire, but what about if your house hasn’t already burned down? I live in a WUI and plan to replace my aging manufactured home with new construction. I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs for folks in my position? I live in Philomath, OR
