Air sealed or ventilation needed for storage shed – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I am having a storage shed built to declutter the garage and have technique question. I am basically building a similar version to the shed Matt Risinger built with some modifications. The shed will be 8′ x 12′.
I live in the woods in climate zone 5A and thus lots of animals/insects would preferably like to keep out as best as can. The builders and building codes here are decades behind so air sealing concepts are not the norm and people build like it is the 1980’s still. I am not a builder but just a homeowner who prefers things to be done correctly instead of the “thats how we have always done it mindset I encountered in the home remodel that was recently completed.”
In Matt’s build he has a garage door and a man door but I plant on using just a 48″ entry door so would end up similar to the rendered pic from Matt’s plans.
My question however is if I am inviting new problems by making it more air sealed given it will not be climate controlled and do I need to add some ventilation? If so, what would be the best way to achieve this? I was looking at the wall vent from roofivent but I am not sure if that is sufficient for allowing some air exchange.
