Is R2.7 enough for a thermal break for a basement cement floor – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I am looking to insulate my basement floor to provide a thermal break. There is 6 mil visqueen under the cement, but no insulation. I don’t want to add more than 1″ in thickness.
It seems like the only way to do this would be with Dricore. They make two products that seem like reasonable options. Subfloor R+ and Insul-armor. The R+ has an R-value of 2.7 and the Insul-armor has an R value of 4.1.
Would R2.7 be enough of a thermal break to provide comfort? I’m hesitant to use Insul-armor as it is a pure foam product, and with LVP on top, I am afraid furniture legs could break through it. R+ has foam on the bottom and a layer of OSB on top.
