Removing blown-in insulation from baffles – GreenBuildingAdvisor

We just had blown-in insulation installed by a company, and while checking their completed work, we noticed that a lot of our baffles have insulation in them. Some of them are completely blocked. We had someone suggest using a leaf blower on the soffits from the exterior of the home. Will that work well? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
