How to vent lean to roof, where intersects siding – GreenBuildingAdvisor

Hi all again

While trying to detail my plans, I will be doing a vented overroof which on its face is stragithforward.

I cannot come up with a plan for detailing the upper vent on some of my “lean to” roofs, which die into siding. That is unless my flashing laps up my rainscreen, rather than tight to sheathing. Feels a little weird to leave flashing open to rainscreen…

planning on something like coravent, or equivalent at soffit, but need some help on venting at the top if possible.
