Critique my rafter insulation plan – GreenBuildingAdvisor

Planning a cabin build in northern Wisconsin. Climate zone 7a. About 830 SF total. A 16′ x 32′ portion will be rafter framed with a loft over about half of it and cathedral ceiling over the rest. 10′ sidewalls.
Attached is drawings show what I am thinking for insulation. Looking for critique and suggestions on this plan. Trying to be as efficient as possible while also keeping the costs low as this is a small cabin that won’t be occupied full time.
