Incorporating vinyl siding over c.i. – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I have a few questions regarding incorporating wrb, continuous insulation and window install with vinyl siding.
I am doing conventional framing with 5/8 cdx plywood taped for air seal and 2 inches of unfaced gps insulation( to allow vapor permeability and pro clima soltex mento 3000 as my wrb
1) do i put the wrb over the insulation?
I am planning on doing outie window install because i believe it will be an easier to trim but open to doing innie. If innie then would the wrb go under the insulation?
2) with 2 inches of gps foam insulation how would i install vinyl siding…do i i need a drainage plane? If so 3/4 1×3 material? Or 3/16 coravent? Maybe obydyke slicker?
How would the vinyl siding be installed over the insulation.
I am thinking vinyl would hold better over the 3/4 1 by material, but am worried it would compromise the siding strength due to it being hollow behind it.
What would be the best approach? Thank you in advance for the advice
