Metal siding to covered patio concrete detail – GreenBuildingAdvisor

We are building a breezeway home with corrugated metal siding over coravent rainscreen and currently working with the sider on how to detail the breezeway area. Specifically the area where the siding meets the patio concrete.
Our sider said usually, they would create a j-channel that goes against the bottom of the wall onto the patio and then caulk that seam to make sure water and rain doesn’t get behind it. Our sider is new to coravent, and he has been trying to find detailed install instructions without much luck that would apply to our siding choice.
Since the plan is to install the coravent to the sheathing first, and then a j-channel over that to cover the ribs of the corrugated siding (preventing bug infiltration), he’s not sure if for this patio space we would need a double j-channel? Meaning, doing the usual one that would be installed to the sheathing at the bottom of the wall, seal it, then install the coravent bug screen 1/4” up followed by another j-channel over that (also another 1/4” up) for airflow. Otherwise, we’re thinking maybe the first j-channel he usually does and seals to the concrete may not even be needed.
Would appreciate any thoughts.
