While there are methods to execute this assembly successfully, most here would advise against your tactic. Permeable insulation within a roof assembly requires venting.
Isolating or insulating the porch ceiling- either is a viable tactic provided you detail it well.

Minivn,
The conditioned area of your house should be surrounded by a continuous air-barrier. Including the attic space over the porch in that would be very difficult, and offers no useful purpose.
Air-seal and insulate between the two spaces. Make sure there is a clear boundary. Venting the roof over the porch – and even adding insulation to the ceiling now – might be worth doing if you think you ever might enclose and condition the porch later.
