Has anyone used Weyerhaeuser Framer Series lumber for their build? also, sheathing/wrb opinions? – GreenBuildingAdvisor

Hello. I’ve just about got every detail narrowed down on my future build including all the materials I’d like to use.
For reference: Climate Zone 4A, Kentucky
Flooring System: TJI are a no, I don’t want OSB on my project, with the exception of maybe Advantech Subfloor or even the LP Legacy Subfloor (opinions on LP product?). I went and saw a project the other day using floor trusses, and I don’t know if it was poor execution, or just the cheapest floor trusses they could buy, either way, it’s not common here and seems too risky for the price. I’ve ultimately decided on well executed dimensional lumber, with steel beam girder midspan over the basement (will increase basement height to accommodate this), this way it’s easily customizable to any field changes, and very familiar. My main concern is a solid floor, no vibration, dimensional stability with minimal deflection. 2×10 gets me around L/600 with the midspan beam, 2×12 gets me nearly double that, which is basically just insurance for minimal cost difference. I’ve read that depth is your friend regardless of system. My question is this; is Douglas Fir joists worth the premium for the dimensional stability factor? Wether they be #2 or better or select structural? Does it matter?
OR can I just use the Weyerhaeuser Framer Series SYP because it’s easily sourced near me and claims to be all that? Appear to be much cheaper.
Next question:
If, and since I choose Weyerhaeuser Framer Series floor joists, should I go ahead and do the walls with Framer Series also? I’ve read that SPF is preferred, but the same house I saw the other day had #2 SPF studs and like I said, either poorly executed, or just poor material. I understand SYP like Framer Series can be more difficult to work with, but I’ve read that SYP is commonly used in this part of the country. The premium is minimal if well executed. Planning trusses for the roof, even though I prefer a hand cut roof (that will depend on what county I decide to build in and budget).
Every other material choice and detail is pretty well decided. I just keep hanging myself up on this choice, and my sheathing/WRB choice.
If anyone wants to chime in on sheathing/WRB choice; my decision is 1/2” fir plywood w/ Pro Clima Adhero WRB. This is going behind brick veneer and plan to use Pro Clima Intello as ceiling air barrier under vented attic. Just latex painted drywall on interior of walls with cellulose insulation. No exterior insulation as it doesn’t seem to pay in this climate. I figured the Adhero would be best for self sealing around brick tie penetrations and preventing inward vapor drive.
My 2nd option is LP Weatherlogic because it’s claimed to be more permeable than Zip System. I don’t like the idea of OSB in general, and it would likely be poorly executed, especially when you consider all the unsealed brick tie penetrations. Am I overthinking this? Seems logical to do things right when spending this kind of money for a home you plan to be in forever.
Thanks
