Emel,
What climate zone are you in? What is your wall detail? Do you have any exterior insulation? Do you have an interior vapor retarder? What is your sheathing?
If your wall is fairly vapor open and you have a well detailed rain screen with airflow venting at the top and bottom I would be inclined to think a little condensation on the nail heads isn’t going to be a big deal. Depending on how your wall is built you may get condensation on your sheathing too, but as long as it can dry out easily it won’t hurt anything. If you’d like to reduce condensation you may consider adding a smart vapor retarder on the inside to help keep some of the moisture out of your walls in the heating season, but still allow them to dry to the inside when needed.
Hopefully someone with more expertise can share their thoughts as well.
