Pressure Measurement across filter for homeowner – GreenBuildingAdvisor

See below for questions for those who understand using air pressure gauges. I’d like to measure the pressure across my HVAC filters for the purposes of both selecting the correct filters, and having a permanently installed gauge to determine when to change the filter.
Per this (older) article:
https://www.greenbuildingadvisor.com/article/how-often-should-you-change-the-filter
…a Dwyer Magnehelic gauge can be used for this. If I understand correctly that this particular gauge does not have spillable liquid, it is far preferable to the liquid filled tube or liquid filled Dwyer MarkII, either of which could spill if they got bumped by something.
So my questions:
1. Is the Dwyer 2000-0 the correct one to use for measuring pressure drop across a filter?

a. Are the proper “variants” on this specific 2000-0 model:
Dual = False (does Dual mean there are two manometers in the box or something else?)
Measurement Pressure, Max = 0.5 inH₂O
Measurement Pressure, Min = 0.0 inH₂O
b. I presume the 2000-0-ASF just adds the little adjustable signal flag. For home use would a piece of blue tape to the right of the max would work just as well?
2. What specific additional accessories do I need to both mount this thing to a wall and connect it to the duct? My specific situation is that all my filters are mounted in hallway filter grills, in interior (deep) chase walls, with about 7.5″ of duct behind the filter. The duct then drops to the sealed/conditioned crawl, where it connects to the ducted mini split interior unit directly below.
On the other side of the wall from the hallway is a closet. My idea is to mount the manometer in the closet.
a. Do I need to install two static pressure tips, or is the low side just the standard pressure in the house?
b. Can I presume the standard pressure in the house is the same in the closet (that has no HVAC supply or return) as it is directly in front of the filter grill, or do I need a tip installed in front of the filter grill, or at least on the filter grill side of the wall?
c. Is there any specific type of pressure tip I need? ie – straight one or an L shaped one? Since I want to leave this installed permanently, do they come with magnets so they stay put and there is not an additional air leak where the tip goes into the duct?
d. Which specific additional connectors, if any, do I need to get from the manometer to the tube, and the tube to the tip?
e. Which specific tubes do I need?
f. Dwyer sells “Air Filter Installer kits” but I can’t figure out what they include and if I need one. Do I?

Thanks in advance for responses to the above and any additional suggestions or advice on this project!
