Adhesive for solid-surface countertop that doesn’t require dispenser gun – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I’m looking for an adhesive for the drop edges, backsplashes, and one seam in a small kitchen with solid-surface countertops made of Durasein (very similar to Corian).  The countertop is bright (“Arctic”) white, so I don’t need the precise color-matching that comes with the specialized adhesives that require an expensive dispenser gun, and I don’t need the adhesive lines to be so invisible that they and then the whole countertop will need to be sanded to blend them in.  A white or clear adhesive will do.  Can you recommend an adhesive that will stick Corian/Durasein to itself well?
