Remodeling Contractors or Architects in/around Northern Indiana with C.I. experience? – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I have a project that I wish to do the correct/best practices way and trying to find a contractor who understands how to correctly install continuous exterior insulation is seemingly futile. As most of the members here know, as soon as you mention C.I., the response is always either “we don’t do that” or “its unnecessary”. When then asked if they adhere to the Indiana Residential Building Code, they respond that they do. When I then ask, “So when you build exterior walls, you must be framing them with 2×6’s, right?” The response ? “Only when specified by an architect or engineer.” So then I inform them that “on a 2×4 wall, code specifies C.I.” It’s frustrating!
So, if anybody knows of any contractors with proper C.I. experience, I’d very much like their contact info.
If anybody knows of an architect in which would be willing to take my ACAD drawing of the “as built” structure along with the drawing of what we would like the end result to look like and then come up with prints that dictate/detail how it should be done so that a contractor who may or may not be experienced with C.I. but can follow instructions, can perform the work.
Thank you for any help that you can provide!
