Do I need an ERV? – GreenBuildingAdvisor

I am looking for some guidance if I should put in an ERV. New construction home in climate zone 5A. 2 stories and a basement. About 4600 sqft above ground and 2000 sqft below ground.

Blower door came back at 2.02 ACH50.

The home has two furnaces, one in the basement and another in a second floor closet. If I did add an ERV, would you add one to each furnace? Or just get a larger capacity one and put it in the basement?

Any brand recommendations? One HVAC company that came out recommended one ERV (Healthy climate 300cfm) in the basement.
