    It would be best if there was an exhaust fan inside of that enclosed shower area, yes. If you also want one above the toilet you can install two. But because of that enclosure you really need one in that shower room.

    I would check that the fan is rated for use in wet areas if you’re going to install it INSIDE the shower. Lights used in that location need to be rated for use in showers too.

    BTW, very nice looking bathroom!
